As in previous years the length of the Conference will be three days.
Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, 25th September, 2005. Registration will take place
from 14:00 through 19:00. The meeting will end after lunch on Wednesday, 28th September, 2005.
The conference
will be held at the hotel Šachtička in Šachtičky, which is one of the most beautiful place in Oldhill highlands.
There are
only double rooms available, therefore we kindly ask the participants to mention the name of a person with whom they want to share the room.
Please, do this when registering.
The number of participants is limited to 110 person. Please, also note if you want to have a vegetarian food.
The total cost
of participation is 150€. This price includes accommodation, full-board, conference fee, coffe and beverages during breaks.
The above costs do not include accident or medical insurance.
Conference fee 150€ or 5500 Sk is payable at the desk or via wire transfer. There is a very limited number of
single rooms and apartments (price 175€ or 6500 Sk).
